1. How to Order Step by Step?
Method A: (Email your demand list to us for Commercial Invoice.)
1) Go to www.chinadisa.com to view our online products.
2) Pls email (sales3@chinadisa.com) us with your detail order directly; (Pls give me your detail order, item quantities, receiver name, shipping address, postal code, tel etc);
3) We will make a Commercial Invoice for your approval;
4) Pls send us the payment according the invoice and inform us;
5) We will prepare the goods and ship them to you after we receive the payment from you;
6) We will give you the tracking number after we ship the goods to you, you may track the goods online via tracking number.
 

2. How much is Shipping Cost?
Shipping costs are based on the weight, destination and shipping method (we only recommend to ship by TNT, DHL, Fedex, EMS etc air express). You may save more freight if you order more.
 

3. What is your Minimum Order?
Our product do not have any minimum order limit if we have in stock,if we do not have in stock,the minimum will show on the website.
 

4. What is your Discount Policy? (On website)
Order US$3000+ excluding shipping cost: 5% OFF;
Order US$5000+ excluding shipping cost: 6% OFF;
Order US$10000+ excluding shipping cost: 8% OFF.

Tips:the discount is according to the detail items you ordered.

6. How long does it take for me to get my order?
We ship out most orders within 2 days if the goods in stock and air express will take 3 to 5 business days to reach you. We will ship out the goods to you in 7~10 days if the goods no in stock. *Once in a while, an item may unexpectedly sell out. In this case, we will hold the order until we send e-mail to you to discuss how to deal with your order, so your e-mail address is very important for us.
 

7. What is your return policy?
If you are unsatisfied with the jewelry items you receive, we accept returns up to 15 days after the order has been delivered to the customer. The process for making a return is as follows:
1) You must send an email to sales3@chinadisa.com to let us know you making a Return;
2) You MUST include a copy of your original invoice in the return box, as well as a note explaining why the jewelry is being returned;
3) All items must be returned new and unused in the original packaging;
4) All products must be received back in the original package and condition in which they were shipped;
5) We will give a refund, minus shipping & handling and discounts when we receive the goods from you.
 

8. Do your company send free samples?
We are afraid not. We couldn't send free samples. You are welcome to place a trial order to test the quality of our products.

9. Will you drop ship for me?
We will drop ship for customers who can maintain a minimum of $100 USD/Order. Contact us if you can meet that requirement and are interested in our drop shipping service.

10. Is the price expressed on your website as US Dollar?
A: Yes, but you can pay by Pounds, Euros with the same value.

11. Do you offer customized making?
A: Yes. You are welcome to send our customer service an email to give the detail of your special requirements.
